油墨使用方法

應(yīng)與ols系列固化劑  配合使用（油墨：固化劑  ≈90：10）。

使用前應(yīng)與ols固化劑  按既定比例充分?jǐn)嚢?0分鐘。

根據(jù)需要可添加10-30％稀釋劑  進(jìn)行稀釋。

受到污染的素  材應(yīng)在表面用去漬油清洗或擦拭,以利于印刷效果優(yōu)異。

印刷錯(cuò)誤時(shí),應(yīng)待其未完全干燥前用抹字水去除,重新再印。

印刷過程中遇到網(wǎng)版堵塞之狀況,應(yīng)先用洗版水清洗之后再印刷。

需要套色時(shí),應(yīng)在前顏色表干或硬干后再進(jìn)行套色工作。

附著力,硬度,耐酸  性,耐油性,耐去漬油性,抗劃傷性,耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè),需要墨層完全固化后方可檢測(cè)。

未經(jīng)允許,不得將ols系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
